The Growth Engine
The Growth Engine is a flywheel that defines the order in which impact is made — across any initiative, from a single trade show to an entire business strategy.
It moves through four phases: equipping your team, equipping your business, expanding your reach, and growing your relationships. The programs below are color-coded by where they live in that flywheel — so as you build a plan for a client, you can see at a glance which phase each program is designed to strengthen.

Start Here
Quick Start™ is always the ideal starting point — and for good reason. Before a provider can recommend programs, facilitate sessions, or advise a client on where to focus, they need a clear picture of the business. Quick Start™ creates that picture. It surfaces how the company grows, who owns growth, and what needs to change before the business can move forward with confidence. Some clients will come in through a gateway product first — a Trade Show Program, a Pipeline Builder — but the goal is always to bring them into Quick Start™ when they're ready. The programs below are where every MiM™ engagement begins — start here.

Foundational Programs
Clients rarely ask for foundational programs — but they often need them most. Before a company can show up to the market with confidence, they need internal clarity: a shared growth goal, the right people in the right roles, and a plan that actually reflects how the business works. These programs build that foundation — and they tend to live in the Team quadrant, though you may find yourself recommending them at any point in the engagement as new gaps surface.

Experience Programs
Experience programs shape how a company shows up — to prospects, to customers, and to the market at large. This is the work that makes a brand feel credible, a website feel current, and every client touchpoint feel intentional. Clients sometimes come in asking for part of this work — a brand refresh, a website redesign — because the gap is visible. But other experience programs, like a webinar strategy or a content system, often aren't on their radar until you surface the need. These programs tend to span the Tools and Reach quadrants of the Growth Engine because the experience a company creates, from its brand to its digital presence, has to be in place before it can effectively reach the right people.

Relationship Programs
Relationship programs are the most requested category — and for good reason. When a client walks in saying they need more new revenue, this is usually where the conversation starts. These programs are designed to help companies originate new relationships, deepen existing ones, and create the systems and touchpoints that keep high-value customers engaged over time. The challenge is helping clients understand that "more revenue" rarely comes from one tactic — it comes from a coordinated approach to how they find, win, and grow the right relationships. These programs live primarily in the Reach and Relationships quadrants of the Growth Engine.

Technology Programs
Technology programs are the least glamorous — and often the most underestimated. Clients rarely come in asking for a RevOps overhaul or a knowledge management system, but the absence of good systems quietly limits everything else. These programs live primarily in the Tools quadrant of the Growth Engine, focused on building the infrastructure that makes growth measurable, repeatable, and less dependent on any one person. When the right systems are in place, the impact ripples outward — better data supports smarter outreach, cleaner processes strengthen client relationships, and institutional knowledge stops walking out the door when people leave.
