Scheduling the Quick Start™

Contents
    Updated on December 15, 2025

Once the Intro to Measured in Millions® session concludes, the next step is simple but critical: scheduling the six workshops that make up the Quick Start™.

This page exists to ensure that scheduling is handled consistently, confidently, and without friction — setting the tone for the entire engagement.

Quick Start™ is a six-week, weekly cadence program. Momentum matters. Gaps between sessions dilute insight, stall alignment, and reduce the impact of the work. For that reason, workshops should always be scheduled weekly, not bi-weekly.

    How to Schedule

Scheduling happens at the end of the Intro to MiM™ session, with the full leadership team present.

The goal on the call is to:

    • Identify the best recurring day and time for the team
    • Confirm availability at a high level
    • Set the expectation that invites will be sent after the call

Do not schedule live on the call.

Once the session ends, the Coach or Architect sends calendar invites for all six workshops using the templates below.

Same day. Same time. Six consecutive weeks.

    Calendar Invite Templates

Note: Every Quick Start™ workshop requires the Client Leader (CEO / President / Owner), the core client leadership team, the MiM® Coach, and the MiM® Architect. Quick Start™ is designed for decision-makers, and leadership presence is essential throughout.

Use the templates below as you add the invites to the calendar and invite the client team.

    Schedule Confirmation & Next Steps

After all workshops have been scheduled, send the following confirmation email to the full client team.

    From: MiM™ Coach
    To: Client Team
    Cc: MiM™ Architect
Subject: Confirming Your Quick Start™ Schedule

    —————-

    Hi team,

Just a quick note to confirm that all Quick Start™ workshops have been scheduled. You should each have received six calendar invites — if anything is missing, please let me know.

The sessions are scheduled on the recurring day and time that works best for the majority of the group. If you’re unable to make accommodations for a particular week or need to flag a conflict, please reach out as soon as possible.

All workshops will be recorded and shared with everyone on the invite list. If you need to miss a session, please plan to watch the recording and let the team know once you’ve reviewed it. If you have any additional input after watching, feel free to send it my way.

You’ll receive your first prep email next week ahead of Workshop 1. In the meantime, don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

    Talk soon,
    MiM™ Coach

    FAQs

    • What if there isn’t a consistent day and time for the next six weeks that everyone can attend?

We aim for consistency whenever possible. At a minimum, try to schedule the same day of the week so the leadership team can build a rhythm, even if the time varies week to week.

    • What if leaders seem unsure and say they’ll need to move things around?

If there isn’t immediate agreement, let the team know you’ll select a day and time that works for the majority and send the calendar invites. Leaders can then confirm whether they’re able to make accommodations.

    • What if someone says they’re too busy and there’s no room in their schedule?

Their participation matters because their leader selected them intentionally. This is where the client leader should reinforce that Quick Start™ is a priority and that their voice is important to shaping the company’s growth.

    • What if a leader is out of office or misses one of the workshops?

All workshops are recorded and shared with everyone on the invite list. We also address this expectation clearly in the follow-up email sent after scheduling the Quick Start™ workshops. If a leader misses a session, they should watch the recording and follow up with any additional input via email to the Coach and Architect. Best practice is for them to acknowledge that they’ve reviewed the recording, even if they have nothing to add.

    What Comes Next

Once the schedule is confirmed, your role shifts from coordination to facilitation.

From here, your focus is on preparing for each workshop, guiding the conversation, and capturing insights that will shape the client’s path forward.

The first workshop in every Quick Start™ is Growth Snapshot — where you uncover how the business grows today and surface the patterns that will inform everything that follows.
