What is Playbook & Plan?

Playbook & Plan is the capstone session of Quick Start™. It’s where we convert discovery into direction.

Across the prior sessions, we listened. We mapped how growth currently works. We surfaced friction, strengths, patterns, and gaps. In this session, we distill all of it into clear, pointed recommendations.

We guide the client through their Digital Playbook live — showing them how it’s structured, what’s been documented, and how it becomes a usable operating asset rather than a static deliverable.

Then we present the First 180™.

The First 180™ is a sequenced, six-month growth plan built from our standard programs and customized to their context. The order is intentional. It’s designed to create momentum, strengthen foundations, and compound trust in the system.

This is the decision point.

Either the client chooses to move forward into structured execution with us, or our formal engagement concludes with clarity documented and direction defined.

The MiM™ Lens

Playbook & Plan is one of the clearest distillations of our first philosophy pillar, "Growth Comes from Clarity, Not Luck."

Most companies build activity-based plans. More marketing. More hires. More tools. More initiatives. The organization stays busy, yet leadership often feels an underlying tension: “I’m not sure we’re getting ROI on the roles we’ve added.” “I’m not sure these activities are moving us toward the trajectory we should be on at this stage.” Activity increases, but clarity does not.

Traditional vendors reinforce this pattern. They sell websites, paid search, lead generation, or marketing campaigns. Each service may be valuable, but few start by asking: What is the overall path to reach the client’s stated goals? What must be true in their growth system for those goals to be realistic? And in what order should investments be made to strengthen that system?

Playbook & Plan answers those questions. After six weeks of structured discovery, we understand how revenue enters the client’s business today, which relationships drive it, where friction exists, and where leadership alignment needs strengthening. We then apply the MiM™ framework to distill that insight into a sequenced First 180™ plan — intentionally ordered to create momentum and anchor activity to outcomes.

The Role of the MiM™ Team

Playbook & Plan is built through shared insight and delivered through unified leadership.

The Architect provides recommendations based on discoveries from Sessions 3–5, including branding, positioning, first experiences, market direction, and Ideal Profiles. The Coach contributes recommendations rooted in Sessions 1–2, where the growth model, revenue sources, and growth infrastructure were clarified.

Together, these perspectives shape the sequenced First 180™ plan.

The Coach owns facilitation of the session and leads the client through the Digital Playbook and recommendations. When presenting the plan, the Coach and Architect each speak to the recommendations they directly shaped, reinforcing continuity and credibility.

Playbook & Plan comes to life in the final session of the MiM™ Quick Start Program, where discovery is distilled into direction. In this capstone conversation, the Coach and Architect translate six weeks of insight into a sequenced First 180™ plan — intentionally ordered to create momentum and anchor leadership decisions to measurable growth.

This is the moment where clarity becomes commitment and recommendations become a defined path forward.
